Air Pharmaceuticals is hiring an RSM/Sales Manager North based in Peshawar to lead the KPK North sales team (Peshawar, Mardan, Timergara, Mingora, DI Khan). Responsibilities: achieve regional sales targets, manage and coach Medical Sales Representatives, plan doctor coverage and field work, build relationships with key doctors, distributors and pharmacies, and report market intelligence. Requirements: graduate (Pharm-D/B.Sc/MBA preferred), proven pharmaceutical sales management experience in the North/KPK region, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel across the region.
